The Nokia Lumia 710 is the first Windows 4G phone so it’s received a lot of media attention. It is a well built, fully loaded phone with a budget price. The Samsung Dart T499 is a great budget Android phone on the T-Mobile network. The Dart is a compact smart phone, measuring 4.09 by 2.39 by 0.48 inches and weighing 3.8 ounces, making it a great size to slip into your pocket or bag. With a textured back, the phone is comfortable to hold and won’t feel slick against you’re palm. Running on Android 2.2 Froyo and Samsung Touch User Interface, this phone will keep up with any of the day-to-day operations and apps you need. The menu is set up with 12 apps per page, so to get to the app you need you can swipe left or right to get to the correct screen.
