AT&T Qualified Upgrade Deal Same as New Activation at Costco

Costco is running a deal where they will give the same deal on a new phone to qualified upgrades as they will to new activations. This can result in a fairly decent savings.
On top of the discounted phone price, they also waive the activation and throw in a decent accessory bundle. Many Costco’s will allow you to go in and get the phone deal even without a membership.
